Terms
Last updated 4 September 2026
Plain version: you pay monthly or yearly, you get access to everything inside, and you can cancel yourself in two clicks without emailing anyone. Annual plans get 14 days to change their mind and take the money back. The rest of this page is the detail behind that.
Who this is between
These terms are between you and 10X Content Guild, run by Alex Chen. Joining, paying, or using the site means you accept them.
What you get
A membership gives you access to the courses, the skills and prompt library, the member directory, the forum, and direct messages, for as long as your membership is active. What is inside changes over time. Things get added, and occasionally something gets removed or replaced.
We do not promise that you will make money. Nothing here is financial advice, and no result any member gets is a prediction of yours.
Paying
- There are two plans, billed monthly or once a year. Either way the price is the one shown on the checkout page when you join.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- It renews automatically until you cancel.
- The price you join at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay a member. If the price goes up later, it does not go up for you.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel from Settings, then Billing, at any time. You do not have to email anyone or take a call. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Annual plans have a 14 day guarantee. If you join annually and it is not for you, email alexyc9381@gmail.com within 14 days of your first payment and you get the whole amount back. You do not have to give a reason. The 14 days runs from the first payment only, not from each yearly renewal.
The monthly plan does not have a refund window, because you can cancel before the next charge at any time. We also do not give partial refunds for time already used on either plan. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we will sort it out.
If you come back within a year of leaving, you keep your original price.
Your account
One account per person. Do not share your login. Do not share, resell, or republish the courses, skills, prompts, or anything else from inside the membership.
What you post
What you write stays yours. By posting it here you give us permission to show it to other members inside the platform. If you turn on a public profile, the things you chose to make public can be seen by anyone.
Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or that is not yours to post. We can remove anything that breaks this, and we can close an account that keeps breaking it. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you do not get a refund.
If you leave
You keep everything you posted. Your account and your posts stay unless you ask us to delete them, which you can do by emailing us.
Things we cannot promise
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and we do not promise it never breaks. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, and any liability we do have is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top. Carrying on as a member after that means you accept the new version.
